Festival to attract over 20,000 bikers

Goa is all set to host the biker rave festival, India Bike Week(IBW). Over 20,000 enthusiastic bikers from all over India are expected to participate in this fantastic festival which is scheduled to be held on November 24 and 25.

Leslie Porterfield, who is considered to be the world's fastest woman on two wheels and Freddie Spencer, who has won back-to-back championships in two classes 250cc and 500cc, will attend the festival.

Over 280 pan-Indian and Asian biking clubs are invited to attend the festival. There will be a dedicated club zone for all IBW associated clubs providing a unique networking experience for club members at the IBW Beer Garden.

Bikers will be invited to lay down their Flat Track timed laps on the Flat Track Harley-Davidson Street 750 built by Rajputana Custom. Riders who clock the best time will win the fastest rider prize.

There will also be the IBW Enduro Track which will host the Triumph TIGER TRAIL where participants can learn the intricacies of riding a Triumph Tiger 800 from Triumph's professional Enduro riders.

The bikers paradise which will be spread across 10 acres at Vagator will host live music and stand-up comedy, beer gardens, new bike/engine launches, biking competitions and more.
