An Inspiration to all, make a new year resolution and practise Yoga and keep yourself fit and healthy.
Yoga, though originated in India is now being practised by globally. It has become very popular these days not only among the Indians but also among the foreigners too.
We celebrate International Yoga Day and people around the world have accepted Yoga open-heartedly as an essential part of their lives.
People have introduced Yoga in their day to day life to remain healthy and fit. Introducing Yoga and celebrating Yoga is very common but a Chennai resident has done something more about it.
Kavitha Bharanidaran, a Chennai resident has done yoga continuously for 5 days. Not only that she has surpassed the previous record of 103 hours of continuously doing Yoga by a 47 year old Pradnya Patil from Igatpuri, Maharashtra.
Kavitha has created a Guinness World Record for performing yoga continuously for more than 105 hours.
A mother of a three-year-old has big dreams and always wanted to do something different in life. With a strong family support and Guru's guidance, she was able to create a record.
Yoga is her passion and her strong determination drives her to achieve this unbelievable record.
Truly an inspiration for all. Let us start our New Year with a resolution to practise Yoga daily and have a healthy life.
