Kavitha Bharanidaran, a Chennai resident has done yoga continuously for 5 days. Not only that she has surpassed the previous record of 103 hours of continuously doing Yoga by a 47 year old Pradnya Patil from Igatpuri, Maharashtra.
Kavitha has created a Guinness World Record for performing yoga continuously for more than 105 hours.
A mother of a three-year-old has big dreams and always wanted to do something different in life. With a strong family support and Guru's guidance, she was able to create a record.
Yoga is her passion and her strong determination drives her to achieve this unbelievable record.
