The super-couple working in silence for the society!
Many great freedom fighters shed their blood for our country’s freedom. We have Jayanti’s to celebrate their martyrdom. But there are many such people who have shed and are shedding their sweat for the betterment of the people and the society, working their life for the progress of the nation. Some of them get their work acknowledged while others are doing their noble work silently. It is our job to appreciate the efforts of these people and make them the face of our nation’s development! The article is an effort for the same letting readers know about some of these unsung heroes.
Dr. Abhay and Dr. Rani Bang
This super-couple are doing all in their might to work for the betterment of one of the most under developed tribal communities of central India. Abhay Bang and Rani Bang both are doctors by profession. They completed their MBBS from Government Medical College, Nagpur, Maharashtra in 1972. Abhay Bang did his MD in Medicine while Rani Bang did her MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology both securing first positions in the University in their fields. He spent his youth in the freedom struggle of the nation and now works for the betterment of children of remote village in their development and education. He has built over 18 non formal schools for the children. He runs Sri Ramakrisha Sevashram (SRKS). His extreme patriotism for the country and love for fellow citizens is heart touching!
